where do you ship?

How long will shipping take?

PLANNERS

Economy shipping (5-6 Business Days) from $10.99

Expedited Shipping (3-4 Business Days) from $19.99

Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days) from $36.99

ART PRINTS

Our Prints are Made-on-Demand and will ship with UPS Ground service or equivalent and typically arrive within 4-7 business days after shipped.

Prints up to size 11 x 14 will be shipped with a clear protective sleeve and sandwiched in cardboard.

Larger Prints are shipped rolled in tissue and kraft paper and in a sturdy shipping art tube.

Where's my package?

Once your order is on its way, keep an eye on your inbox for an email containing your tracking details. In case you don't see our email in your main inbox, take a quick peek in your 'spam' folder. Don't forget to mark hello@apartment128.com as a safe sender!

Why am i recieving multiple shipments?

We understand that receiving multiple shipments might raise some questions.

Rest assured, our Art prints and Planners are dispatched from different locations, resulting in separate deliveries.

Our planners are strategically housed in fulfillment centers across the United States to ensure efficient distribution, while our Giclee printing partners, responsible for our exquisite art prints, are situated in Pennsylvania.

This distribution setup allows us to provide prompt and reliable service. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver the best experience for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

PLANNERS

We understand that our stationery must match your vision perfectly, so we provide a 30-day return window for unused planners, ensuring that every paper enthusiast discovers their ideal fit. If you're unsatisfied with our product, we guarantee a full refund for the product (shipping not included). Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of receiving your item. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

ART PRINTS

Currently, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for our art prints, except in cases of damage or defects upon arrival. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at sales@apartment128.com, and we'll swiftly send you a replacement, no additional cost.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

PLANNERS

If you've just placed an order and caught a spelling or formatting mistake, it's likely the item hasn't been fulfilled yet.

Please note, we are unable to directly edit placed orders. However, we can help cancel the order (if it hasn't been fulfilled) and credit the paid amount to your Apartment 128 account or issue a refund.

ART PRINTS

Once you've placed an order, there is a short window for cancellations to be approved. After our printing partners begin creating your order, we are unable to process any additional cancellations.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We're truly sorry if your planner or Giclee art print arrives in less than perfect condition. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Simply get in touch with us, and we'll swiftly arrange a replacement at absolutely no extra cost.
